Thankful Thursday 9/8

It's a day late, but what are you thankful for?

I'm thankful for fall being just around the corner and the porch that my husband is almost done with that we can decorate with beautiful fall things and sit in with pumpkin spice whatever and maybe do some of our read out louds on for school before it gets too cold.

    I’m thankful that we’re coming up on a storm weekend that’s going to break out epic heatwave and hopefully let me turn the AC off finally this month. Looking forward to decorating for fall and enjoying some Halloween movies with our girls, too!

    I’m also thankful for this short reprieve from the heat. Today’s high was 58°F, and I enjoyed the chill! It will be 90°F again next week. 🥵

    I'm thankful that my kids are back to school and we have resumed the normal routine. Summer was fun but I'm ready for more regularity in my weeks.

    Oh ladies I'm jealous of your heat! Only rain and wind here - and for the next months, too! 

    Anyway. I'm thankful tennis season is over. Played three finals today and my back is absolutely killing me. Now I can go back to just playing chill social doubles and stop when it gets too much 😅
