First time pregnancy - concerned abt body temp

Hello!
I am pregnant for the first time, due May 2023 and I’m noticing I’m getting very hot at night and then also having chills.

I’m nervous this is harmful to the baby? Any other expecting moms experience this? Any tips on staying cool or regulating body temp at night?

Thanks!

None of us are your medical provider and don't know what symptoms are normal or not. If you're concerned, call your provider: they might be closed since it's the weekend, but they may have an after-hours line you can reach.
First-time pregnancies can make anyone nervous. Hang in there!  <3

May 2023 here as well, I have brutal chills tonight then some hot spells, but no fever. Definitely curious as well!
Other normal symptoms like nausea, bloating and mild cramping so I would love to lump it in with that.

If your temp is over 102, that can be risky. Are you taking your temperature, or are you just getting hot?
