R/R: It is a beautiful day outside! Determined to be more positive today regardless of how I feel. Going to get up from my desk every hour (at least to stretch) and finish my coffee (lukewarm by now, duh) and then drink plenty of water. Happy Thursday!
R/R: Trying to start a new exercise routine: M/W/F (biking) and T/R/Sa (swimming). I fired up the bicycle once again to try and start prepping for my army fitness test and was reminded VERY clearly why I hadn't been cycling for months. Once I intall an AC next to the bike and/or get back out on the road... then it'll be relaxing. Otherwise I was way too hot. In other news, my fencing studio people got me to sign up for a saber tourniment this weekend, so that should be fun.
What's coming up? (FW, testing, etc.): UPT next week (I can’t commit to a certain day, lol)
R/R: I guess movement is the theme of today. 😂 I looked up “yoga for waiting” because I thought someone might be able to give a good pep talk about being patient, and a ton of “yoga for the TWW” videos came up. 😅 Guess it’s a common wait that people have.
