  I 100% recommend a backpack style bag. Better for your back, and easy to carry when you’re also trying to carry a baby and/or car seat.

  Registered for a backpack diaper bag and made sure it also had stroller clips. Got something neutral so my husband would be able to carry it vs something I would typically pick like bright pink lol.

  Oh, also I would recommend one that has a portable changing pad, and multiple pockets/compartments.

  It seems like the popular opinion but I definitely agree that a diaper backpack is the way to go.

  Both of the above have plenty of room for baby stuff, but if you have two or more young kids, I recently bought this regular backpack for a trip. You’d need to get stroller straps and changing pad separately, but it is huge and does have pockets on the outside. Would be good for a day trip somewhere to pack stuff for multiple kids, it also has a strap to use it as a duffle and several handles:
