    I would definitely consult your doctor or pharmacist for recommendations.

    I had a cold in my THIRD trimester and just took Tylenol for any aches and pains, rubbed Vick's under my nose and on my throat and chest, and then just sucked on throat lozenges. It wasn't fun, but it got me through the week lol but definitely talk to your doctor first.
