I basically have kids, of all sorts, chasing me all day demanding food and attention. 😅 Aka I'm a stay at home mom to 6 boys and main animal caretaker for our little wannabe homestead. I am also the crazy animal lady of the neighborhood. If anyone has a problem with basically any type of animal they own or find they contact me. 😏
Accurate gif during feeding/dinner time.
Wife. Boy mom x6. Expecting #7. Wannabe homesteader. , 💙💙💙💙💙💙
I was a high school and middle school PE and Heath teacher for several years, but this year I’m starting a new job as an elementary PE teacher.😎 Definitely will not miss middle school sex ed classes. 😂
I wfh most of the time and my Akita, Molly, joins most of my Zooms! I work in higher ed stewardship, so I edit and design special reports for donors and I also co-manage our scholarship program (so asking students to write thank you notes and coordinating events with donors and students).
I'm a 4th and 5th grade (combined) teacher. And I have a co-teacher who is just getting back from mat leave, so this year should be fun. Sorry, I can't put a gif 🤷🏼♀️
@heytallmama I'm happy to discuss. Basically, I help people figure out how ADHD is getting in their way and problem solve around their issues. It's super fulfilling and as a fellow ADHDer I love that I can help those who have a neurodivergent experience. 🤗
Feel free to send me a pm so we don't clog up this chat with any questions you have.
Spanish to English translator, proofreader/editor, localizer. This year, I've had a lot of work subtitling Latin American TV shows into English, and I'm seriously considering doing specialized training in that and doing it full-time.
I’m an Education Assistant specializing in students who need personal care. During Covid I was laid off from my retail job and the government offered training to become a health care aide for free! So I took advantage of that but after graduating quickly realized the schedule was not for me. I am much more of a Monday to Friday 9-4 type of person lol. Plus as an EA I make a lot more hourly then I would as a HCA. So that’s a huge plus when you gotta save for multiple rounds of IVF lol
I am a submariner. Currently the Weapons Officer, so responsible for the nuclear missiles, torpedoes, sonar systems and all the people that maintain and operate them. Now that we're going to have a second kid, I'm thinking about getting out and finding a job with better hours and work-life balance.
I am a hot yoga teacher and a receptionist for yoga and massage at a fitness club. Currently just cueing in all my classes and doing my own practices at home. But I’ve been practicing hot yoga for 6 years and am very in tune with my body so may reassess in the 2nd tri to going back to practice in studio.
I'm a teacher at an arts education school. I teach kids age Pre-k to grade 12. Most are one-on-one classes for public speaking or theatre, but the PK kids are group classes.
aaand my phone won't let me put my gif in!! But you know the video of the mama bear trying to get all the Cubs across the road and they keep running back or away? That's me teaching PK.
I’m a dance teacher. I’m also the Client Experience Coordinator at the studio. I’m already thinking about cutting back my classes because I’m so tired, but I also don’t want to stop exercising. Dilemmas, dilemmas.
I'm Health & Safety and Inventory Special Projects for a manufacturing company. I used to be HSE and Inventory controller but when I went on mat leave last time they realized it's a 2 person job so now I get to focus on HSE and take on some bigger, more exciting inventory projects.
I’m a kindergarten teacher! I taught kindergarten for 3 years before I switched districts 6 years ago, when I became a reading interventionist for one year at my current district. Then I taught pre-K for 4 years and now I’m back teaching kindergarten this year! I moved to the classroom next door 🤣
I’m a hospital NP that works for a specialty. I won’t get into details but we keep people like @bbrahmbhatt VERY busy. Also I deal with more stupidity than I care to admit with the state of health care these days. Hence the House gif. But, overall, I do love my patients and what I do
Seriously struggling with this gif - hopefully it posts. If not I tried. Self employed tax accountant here - basically I listen to wealthy entitled people all day literally scream and cry over taxes like actual children. Really helps to put things into perspective as to what’s actually important especially with a baby on the way. The only fun part is that my only coworkers are my husband and my sister.
I am currently a SAHM with a part-time bookkeeping job, but before that I worked in budgeting & resource allocation for a University. I was a Math graduate and I miss using that part of my brain!

I work in budget and resource allocation software for k12! Happy to geek out on ed finance anytime 😄
Hi! I’m a stay at home mom and have an online store on EBay that I sell things on super part time. Been slacking lately from the extreme nausea and tiredness LOL. Before staying home I was a supervisor at a bank. 😊
@heytallmama no way! We did everything in excel & SQL - no out-of-the-box software for us. We had juuuuust started talking about exploring what was out there when I left 🤷🏻♀️
I’m a SAHM and a substitute teacher (was a teacher for 10+years before kids). *I don’t know how to add a funny gif from my phone but it would be the “A-a-Ron” one with Keegan Michael Key.*
@gravcass I chose to stay home last year. I was a supervisor at a bank and my husband and I could afford to live off his salary so we cut back on spending and we live below our means now. As for work, I gave them a month notice so they could hire someone to replace me so the transition would be smoother. Honestly BEST DECISION I ever made. I didn’t want to miss out on my son’s early years so that’s why we made the decision. I was starting to get really upset picking him up from the baby sitter and felt like I was missing out. If you’re able to swing it financially, I highly recommend. You can always go back to work when your children start school. Also factor in that you won’t have daycare cost anymore so you’re saving a boatload of money right there.
I’m a graphic designer and work for myself which I love but also can be challenging at times. Working on a ton of website design templates to sell for some hopeful passive income when baby comes!

I'm a pathologist. And wife and mom and all that jazz lol
I'm the VP of Sales at my company; I do a lot of selling myself, but mostly I hype up my team (and do lots of meetings).
I'm an Electrical apprentice. It's been interesting and fun.
