Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Taking Cara Babies reviews?

Hey!

Has anyone taken sleep courses from Taking Cara Babies? If so, do you feel like they were helpful? My son sleeps great at night but we struggle with getting consistent naps during the day. From what I understand, at 11 weeks he should be transitioning to more structured naps and wake windows.

Thanks!

I have taken the TCB course (Will I Ever Sleep Again?) and am currently using the 3-4 month pdf to help me with some 4 month sleep regression stuff. I used TCB right from the get go. You can't do any formal sleep training until baby is like 5-6months, but you can use her tips to help lay some good groundwork for sleep habits and whatnot. TCB is all about wake windows and following sleepy cues, making sure you get in full feeds throughout the day, and capping naps at 2 hours. Naps can be all over the place until about 5-6 months. It's normal to get 30min to 2hours of sleep in a nap session.

Hope that's helpful, let me know if you have any other questions :)
