Bleeding on and off

So I am 9 weeks pregnant now, I have been spotting like once a week since week 7, at week 8 I had an ultrasound and the doctor said the baby looked healthy, had a healthy size and we could hear the heartbeat which also seemed to be a healthy speed. But I can't help but panicking since this happens once a week when I wipe there's some blood on the paper. I also feel mild pulling on my belly quite often, which I keep reading is normal but I put everything together and it just makes me panick even more. Has anyone else had this bleeding on and off?

    If you scroll through you will see lots of threads of other mamas going through the same thing. Around these weeks the placenta is growing and attaching which can cause cramps and some bleeding. 

    If you have questions give your ob office a call. Mine has a nurse line where I can ask questions- maybe your has something similar. I always start there because they have all my info more experience than me.
