Just wondering how many of us geriatric moms there are out here.

I’ll be 39 this summer and I’m surrounded by coworkers all younger than me with multiple kids! I can’t wait until the first trimester is over so I can stop hiding. Went through 2 MCs and finally made it to 8 weeks. I did get Covid, though, so extra nervous now - and upset because I got it at work.
Anyways, figured I’d start a thread for us to share whatever thoughts are going through our minds!
Re: 35+ first time mamas
Im glad to find you girls! Almost all my friends have had their kids and are done now so I’m really late to the game here. So it’s nice to find you pregnant elder millennials here!
We are in this! I just hit 9 weeks today at a spritely age of 38 - will be 39 by due date. This would be our first baby. Just grateful that our third IUI took and work to calm myself every day knowing I've done all I can to be healthy for this pregnancy. I bet we all worked hard to get where we are. Sending much love to you all.
This is my first pregnancy, feeling super excited and same amount nervous! But also ready. I started feeling my body change finally, baby bump is popping out. At 18+6 I am now planning a shopping trip for looser clothes, starting not to fit into most of my office stuff.
The most challenging for me is to start developing new routines and accept that I cannot work as much as I used to or that I need to eat small portions more often or otherwise I get stomach pains.
Congrats to you all beautiful mamas, our babies will keep us younger for longer ;) I hope you all are enjoying the little kicks already!
