    I already have gestational diabetes, and I hate it.  I don't understand why doctors are so concerned about it that they test you super early if you have a history if it, and yet will give you 10+ weeks to try to correct it through diet changes before they'll start you on insulin.  It's not going to work for me! It didn't work last time, and it's not working this time.  Just write me a prescription!
