Heat rash or allergy reaction?

My little is 9 weeks old and has this rash on her face. It flares up when she rubs it but when she’s sleeping it calms down and looks like baby acne. This only started happening when we came on vacation to Hawaii to visit family. Obviously I know it’s hotter and more humid than from where we live but I just wanted to get others opinions.
