34 weeks pale pink blood

in 3rd Trimester
I'm only 34 weeks and 4 days prego, I looked at my pad and there was pale pink blood a few blood streaks. What does this mean? Dr's been out due to the long weekend.

    Possible starting to lose your mucus plug.  It can come out in small parts, it can regenerate,just keep an eye on it.

    I would see a doctor if you haven’t already. Anytime you see spotting you should follow up with a doctor. I had spotting around 26 weeks and I was hospitalized for three days because the OBGYNs there wanted to make sure that the bleeding didn’t continue. Mine ended up being from complications with a low lying placenta, but the bleeding resolved on its own and turned out to be nothing more than a result of straining too much when using the restroom and it irritated the placenta! It could be as simple as that or it could be something more serious. I think it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
