Nub Theory - any predictions?!

I’m pregnant with my first born and my husband and I are beyond excited! We’re anxious to find out the baby’s gender. I did some research online and heard about the nub theory. Does anyone know about this? If so, what can you decipher from our 12 week 4 day ultrasound picture?
