Water leaking ?

Not my first but my 3rd, so 2 days ago late afternoon I assumed I had sweat/pee’d myself as my underwear were pretty wet, few hours went by after changing I had some small dime size wet spots and I assumed I’m just having bladder control issues but the last 2 nights I’ve had to get up and change my underwear they have been so wet not enough to soak my pajama shorts my nearest Er/Ob is 2 hrs away so I don’t wanna make a rash decision if I’m just peeing myself has anyone had similar situations happen anything I can do to determine between amniotic fluid or pee besides the smell test because it all just smells like normal not like pee but not super sweet

    No one can answer this question for you except a doctor. If you think it could be amniotic fluid you should go to L&D and have them test it.

    There’s no way to tell other than the strips they use. Even when my water was visible running down my legs after I felt it pop the nurse still tested it. So yeah, give them a call so they can advise. But be prepared to have to go in. 

    ETA: oops didn’t realize this was on august lol just saw it on the front page and forgot to check
