STM Guilt

This pregnancy has hit me a lot harder than my first (or maybe just my daily demands are greater now)... 

I'm a SAHM with a 24 mo old (and part time worker remote), I feel my patience is very thin. And I feel like everything I do is half a$$. 

Anyone in the same boat?

    My oldest is 16 and so I don’t feel feel he needs a lot from me but my coworkers have worn my patience thin today so much so that if I would have replied to emails I might have gotten a call from my boss. I feel like I can’t get enough done in the time needed and if I am rushing it is t being done right and then I get mad and frustrated and then tears.
