Hello everyone-
Anyone here going to start their ivf or egg retrieval, can you let me know what supplements, food etc that you recommended

    We don't usually do one-off type posts like this. We have a very active IF/IVF community here that is really supportive, and can help answer questions and provide a ton of information.   • Hi, the choice of supplements also depend on your issue. Like bbrahmbhatt has mentioned, you will get more detailed and personalized info in IVF community. Good luck

  • Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Pick lean proteins like poultry and fish. Consume entire grains like quinoa, farro, and pasta made from whole grains. Beans, chickpeas, and lentils are among the legumes you can add. Choose your favorite fresh fruits, such as pineapple, citrus, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, apples, and papaya. Add a tablespoon of sesame, chia, or sunflower seeds, or some peanut, almond, or soy butter for additional healthy fat.  the choice of supplements also depends on your issue.
