:s this is my first pregnancy and oh boy do I feel anxious! Trying to take it day by day and feel more calm. Any advice on how to de-stress? I'm on my first trimester and haven't had my first dr visit yet so i'm a bit nervous doing too much yoga and things of that sort- which i'm sure are probably safe to do but I can't stop overthinking it!
