C-section expectations

Hello fellow ladies

I am having an unexpected c-section. For those of you who have had one before. What was your experience like? Do you have any tips on care for myself afterwards? And any other suggestions would be so helpful. Thank you

    Im going on My 2nd c-section and I would highly recommend getting the Always Discreet adult underwear, high waisted loose PJ pants, I did not have a belly band but plan on It this time.  Also, you can’t lay flat for about 2 weeks so a step stool and lots of pillows for your bed.
