Upper Abdominal Burning??

Hello!! I am 6 weeks and a couple days and I am having the weirdest nausea/burning sensation in the middle of my upper stomach. Is anyone is having this pain? I feel it worst in the morning, but still feel it throughout the day.

It feels like I am hungry but food sounds terrible. I don’t feel the need to throw up, but feel sick at the same time.

    Could you possibly have a digestive issue? Does the burning get pretty severe? I only ask this because that symptom could possibly be unrelated to pregnancy...such as an ulcer or gastritis or gallbladder issue (which can be triggered by pregnancy).

    It could also be indigestion, heartburn, or even an epitopic pregnancy. Not to freak you out but if it gets worse or doesn't go away soon, I would get it checked out. Nausea is normal obviously but the burning thing doesn't sound normal. I had some pretty serious digestive issues a couple months ago and I never did figure it out but I also miscarried at the same time. I don't think the pain was from pregnancy but I probably miscarried because of whatever ailment I had.
