I’m struggling without my daily toke. Does anyone have any alternatives that are working for them? I smoke when I’m happy, sad, have a headache, need help sleeping and mostly just because I like the act of smoking (glass, joint, vape, whatever). I’ve stopped since finding out I was pregnant but have been struggling the past couple of days. Anyone have any suggestions on alternatives to help them sleep/ relax at night? ***Not big into meditation but stretching sometimes helps. Anyone else in the same boat here?
