Baby Has No Heartbeat

NP says based on blood work and ultrasound I am definitely pregnant but baby has no heartbeat that they can see as of yet next Monday I will speak to my doctor after the 3rd ultrasound. I have had no cramping or spotting and have previously had two healthy pregnancies. I have actually never experienced knowing I’m pregnant this early either with my previous pregnancy I was 3 to 4 months when I found out. Just a little worried and wanting to know if this normal
