Lopsided breast

Hi all,

Im 31 weeks pregnant and woke up with my left breast swollen and noticeably larger than my right breast. Should I be concentrated is this normal? I'm planning on breastfeeding but I feel like this seems odd. It's mostly swollen all around the aerola

    Is it painful? Any red marks? Have you had any leaking? It could be nothing but a collection of colostrum or it could be swollen from being hit, or laid on wrong 🤷‍♀️ who knows? If it is still swollen, I would mention it to your provider.

    If you’re worried you should call your doctor. None of us here can tell you it’s fine. It might be or it might not be. If it doesn’t go down, you’re best bet is contacting your doctor.

    If its swollen you may want to call, just to be sure.  You could have a clog already.  But we don't know and your doc office can help you out.
