Kidney pain in early pregnancy

Hello! I just found out I was pregnant, I’m very wary on. 4 weeks, 2 days today! I’ve been having some kidney pain on the right side of my back. This is the same side that I think I implanted on. Any guidance? Is this normal?

    Um, great question for your doctor! Even if you can't as an OB/GYN your PCP can easily answer this for you and follow up, if needed.
