  I have been awake since 5:30 am and my dogs drove me crazy with their nonsense before everyone else was awake. Our usually sedate elderly dog was running around the house barking (he’s very hard of hearing so it was at nothing) and our younger dog whined endlessly at me because I was waiting to feed her until DS woke up. I told DH I would be giving both dogs away today. [I wouldn’t do this for real]
  

  
  

  Also it’s going to be super hot today and I was thinking we’d hit the pool but apparently it’s closed on Monday.

  We’re traveling to Austin this coming weekend for a wedding and the weather is above 100 degrees every single day. I don’t think I’m ready for the Texas heat! I’m hoping sundresses and rompers help keep me cool.

  I live in Ft worth… Good luck. Bring extra clothing just in case you have to do a mid day change. Stay hydrated!

  @zamoraspin my cats do this too, almost every day. Drives me nuts! Hopefully you can get some extra sleep tonight. 
  
  @r_kenn99 yeah that sounds rough! Is it outdoors or indoors??
  
  I am annoyed by both of my kids throwing tantrums on a quick run to the grocery store. I really need to stop bringing them with me...I just always think it will be quick out and in but it never is!

  I'm in Fortworth Texas and I'm 10 weeks very sick and this heat is driving me crazy!! I'm so sick and my 2 year old wants to play outside all-day everyday! It's 102!!!!!

  We are originally from Dallas (lived there my whole life until 2 years ago when we moved for my husband's job).  I never have been a fan of the heat, but when we go back now to visit I'm like how did I ever even live here!?

  Some birds have nested in our bathroom vent, and now the master bathroom smells like death.  It will be about a week before pest control can come remove the nest and sanitize the vent.  In the meantime, I'll be dry heaving in the hall bathroom.

  @zamoraspin my dogs (well one of them) have been so whiny, too!! I keep waking every couple hours to go to the bathroom, and he is so routine oriented that it’s making him anxious and whiny. He then wakes me up every time I go back to sleep because he thinks we’re supposed to be up now. It’s a good thing they’re cute, right? 😅
