CONFUSED AND NERVOUS
let me start by saying we lost twins mid 2021(august) i was in my third trimester then. we have been TTGP for a couple of cycles(less than six cycles). My last LMP was may 10th. normally my cycles are constant and i never miss. this may i bled longer than usual and now am 8 days late as of today but tested negative this morning. Not sure what to make of it. I have been getting really weird PMS like symptoms for the past three weeks but no period. my boobs are sore and am very very gassy . today i made an appointment for next week with my gynea but still i just wanted to ask if anyone has been through something similar and what it turned out to be.

Cycles can be wonky after a MC, especially if you are further along. It can take a year (or longer) for cycles to regulate out to a 'new normal' with new symptoms you've never felt before and lack of symptoms you've always had. Also, bodies and cycles are weird. Just because you were 'regular' before doesn't mean you are after MC or even just this cycle for no explanation.
I strongly urge you to read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and to do basal body temping. It's really the only way to know while TTCAL if you're O'ing on time and what your body is doing. You should probably also read the "Read this First" convo pinned at the top of the board.
Also, if you intend to stick around, introduce yourself in the newbie thread and jump in the dailies, as on this board we don't create our own discussions that clutter up the board.
October 2015 - 1st MC. 7-8 weeks along. Suspected molar PG, but luckily just a MMC.
June 2016 - 2nd MC: 4-5 weeks CP
September 2016 - 3rd MC: 4-5 weeks CP
RE 1: ALL the testing - 'unexplained' "Yinz can do IVF or try on your own"
Feb 2017 - 4th MC: 6 weeks
RE 2: More tests. Still 'unexplained.' Called fat for an entire hour-long appointment, cried a lot
Feb 2019 - 5th MC: 6-7 weeks
IUD - March 2019-March 2023
RE 3: Repeat all the tests. Hoping to try IVF.
