Sore throat/Post nasal drip remedies?

I've been waking up with a sore throat everyday for a week now.  😩  does anyone have home remedies that do not involve saltwater in the nose?

    I’ve had it too, and I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy-related or just springtime allergies because the pollen is downright OFFENSIVE where I live right now! I’ve tried vapor rub, menthol cough drops, honey, and all the home remedies, but in the end nothing works except for Claritin (he regular kind, no decongestant). My OB cleared it and it works so much better than any remedy. Don’t be afraid to pull out the heavy duty stuff if it’s cleared by your doctor and it’s a matter of your comfort!
