5 week 5 days, empty gs....?

I am in the er as I write this. Not in the hometown of my ob and she won't be in office until tomorrow. I am sitting in a e.r. due to everyday spotting and cramps. My last ultrasound on May 25th showed no indication of a gs let alone an embryo. Today, June 6th, they were able to detect a gestational sac that measured to be 5 weeks and 5 days with no yolk sac or anything. It's empty. Is this a blighted ovum. I have been waiting for the er doctor to come in and talk with me. I am concerned this may be it?.. I either had to conceive in between April 10th-15th. I'm sure of it. Being the 10th that I had intercorse.
