I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal.
Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.
Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.
Re: TTGP Grad Check-in June 2022
How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? March 2019 - February 2022
*How far along are you? 21 weeks tomorrow
*Which birth month board/due date? October BMB - October 18
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Boy!
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We have a list of 3, but I mentioned yesterday that I feel like I keep hearing the one everywhere we go and DH agreed so we may be down to 2. We will see. It’s so hard!
*Questions, concerns or other? I had my anatomy scan last week and everything was fine. Being PAIF continues to be a mental struggle for me for various reasons, but overall I can’t complain! I was at least able to bring myself to start to do some of the organizing/rearranging we need to do to prepare for him to get here, and it’s starting to feel more real. I’m always lurking and am a PM away if you ever need me!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? July 2021 to February 2022
*How far along are you? 19 weeks
*Which birth month board/due date? October, 10/29
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Green
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Still set on our names but not revealing until he/she is here.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? This past week has been a struggle because DH and I both came down with covid. I got hit worse than he did and literally spent 72 hours in bed and lost nearly 4 lbs in 3 days. I was paranoid about the baby but thankfully I'm starting to feel better and I've been feeling a lot of movement so that's been reassuring. Our anatomy scan is next week so I'm sure that will help ease my anxiety a bit. DH is done with work this week and will be off for the summer so we're going to start getting a lot of stuff ready for this little one. I still lurk all the time and am rooting for all of you!

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I’ve begun having prodromal labor with quite painful contractions, so I’m just hoping she hangs on at least a few more weeks. PGAL feelings are all still here especially with the possibility of delivering her too early, but I have a growth scan next week to check her size and I’m hoping that will help give me some reassurance. I’m just trying not to stress. As always, I’m still lurking around and I wish you ladies nothing but the absolute best. ❤️
@paytonpedro Prodromal labor SUUUUUCKS I had it with my first for 4 weeks with no dilation whatsoever (so hopefully that is reassuring?) I have just started having contractions with this one (uncomfortable but not painful-- like menstrual cramps-- and not quite regular, so I am still calling them B-H), and I'm not excited for what might be like 2 months of this.
I hope you don't have 6-10 weeks of prodromal labor, but I also hope baby hangs on in there for a bit, so maybe it's the lesser of two evils? Good luck and make sure to rest a lot and drink plenty of fluids. I'm sorry!

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We had a name, but we're still tossing around other "I've always liked this name" names. We still use our first choice when we talk about him so even if we go in with a top 3 we're probably not changing our minds.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? My BP has been elevated for the last 2 appointments so that has me a little worried that I'll be going to the hospital sooner than expected. I think I really need to start taking things slow and being more chill. A couple times my Fitbit has told me I have an elevated heart rate for more than 10 minutes during a period of no activity so I've been reminding myself to take some deep breaths. Feeling pretty good otherwise minus waking up most mornings feeling like I got hit by a truck. Thank god for warm showers.
No new news with SIL's wedding. I finally signed us up for an online labor, delivery, and child care class and after a few things in the postpartum section I knew immediately that even if I have him 3 weeks before this wedding I'm going to be in no mood to go haha. If they get all pissy about it too bad.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Just got back from my 6 week US and we were able to see the heartbeat! I am measuring exactly 6 weeks, which is great and the little heartbeat was fluttering away! DH wasn't able to come so my mom did, and he is going to come to the next which I suspect will be in the next week or two. The US was done at the hospital because that was the only place to have availability, so unfortunately they don't have a printer for pics, but watching on the screen was amazing. I know that we are not totally out of the woods just yet, but this is further than we got with the last two pregnancies that ended in MMC, so I am celebrating this win today!

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Doing pretty well over here. Made the hilariously bad decision to squeeze all of my teaching into a 4-week window that starts now (yes-- I will be 38 weeks when I give them the final. If I make it!). Definitely fully into that part of pregnancy where you just feel giant and uncomfortable and there isn't much to do about it. For a while I felt super done and also like I had *so much more* time to go (my first was induced at 41 weeks), but now that I have hit the 6-weeks-out mark, it's starting to feel pretty real.
Still lurking, waiting for some dear friends to GTFO of here, but it's also strange how far away it all seems. I was cleaning out my medicine cabinet and literally replacing syringes and ovulation strips and bottles of DHEA with mesh underwear and tucks pads and peri bottles*. It felt so strange, but I hope for that surreal experience for all you IF-ers.
*PS I stole SO MUCH from the hospital last time I could outfit like 4 postpartum women for the entire period. I was in it to win it.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Things have been pretty crazy since my last update. I had Covid at 33 weeks, and that was awful. Found out baby was breech at 34 weeks and started to mentally prepare for a c section. My front teeth were pulled at 35 weeks, and that was also awful. I interviewed for a promotion in the middle of all of those things, which seemed impossible but happened. I decided against an ECV because I knew the baby had been breech for weeks and I could feel it really wasn’t even trying to flip. We scheduled the c section for 6/22. I truly wanted to have the experience of L&D so it was hard but I thought we’d at least have the chance to have one last date night and go into the c section prepared. Well, then I woke up at 1 am on 6/9 to my water breaking. Louisa was born at 5:07 am, which is incredibly quick considering an hour and a half of that time was spent packing the hospital bag I had procrastinated on. She was 6 lbs, 5 oz.
It’s been quite a week. There’s a lot about my hospital experience that I wish had gone differently, but things have improved so much since being home. DH and I are enjoying all the newborn snuggles and getting into a bit of a groove. I ended up getting the promotion but it wasn’t able to be made public until 6/9, so I had the strange experience of my promotion announcement and birth announcement at the same time. It’s a lot of change all at once, but I’m looking forward to everything to come.
I’m still lurking occasionally, but the main people from the June board have migrated to a Discord chat so I’m not on TB very often anymore. I’m still so grateful to this wonderful community. I wish all of you the best

Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? We had our anatomy scan today, which was great for my anxiety. I feel like it'll be at least a little easier to manage the anxiety now that everything was normal in the anatomy scan. She was kicking up a storm in there, but they confirmed I have an anterior placenta so I don't feel movement yet. But I should soon! Very excited and feel like I can relax now.
