TW….Possible Miscarriage

Yesterday evening I had a small amount of darkish red/brown discharge on my underwear. Went to the ER, sat there for 4 hours and only had blood work done. We were told it could be another 2-4 hours before we would be seen, so we left. The discharge is minimal thin light brown now and only noticeable when I wipe. I’m terrified that I could be losing my baby at 12w + 2 days. Anyone else experience this and it not be the start of a miscarriage?

    Also currently experiencing the same (I am 10 weeks) was told it was normal but is still frightening

    I spoke to my doctor in the phone this morning and he said it’s likely built up implantation blood that got caught and is just coming out now.
