It’s getting hard to hide my bump at work. I told the staff at my school but i don’t feel like the students really need to know so I’ve been wearing looser clothes. It’s also at the in between stage so it’s hard to tell if it’s an actual baby or just food baby.
Here’s a not great photo trying to show it in a dress that I’m wearing to kinda hide it.
@autumn87654321. Hopefully your students will be polite and not do what one of mine did, which was raise his hand in front of the class for what I thought was going to be an instructional question just to ask if I was pregnant.
@ponyoisfun I think they will be nice. At least the older ones. when the music teacher was very obviously pregnant one of the 3rd graders asked me if she was pregnant. I told them to ask her and they said “no, you can’t ask someone that! What if she’s not!?”
lol - my kids have known since like 7 weeks bc we announced it via social media early. I didn’t tell them personally, but it’s a small school and word got around. It is IVF baby, so I’m just happy to be pregnant. Lol. My kids threw me a little gender reveal party where they found out what I’m having. It was so very sweet.

Starting to feel like a real bump instead of just bloat!
