What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week/year? This week I am starting a 2 week yoga challenge “to achieve the splits” it’s going to be my period week/ taking meds to induce ovulation so I wanted to change it up and do some gentle exercise that will feel good on my hips and back and legs!
How's everything going? Any recent wins? I just finished my 21 day Pilates Reboot program! I’ve lost 7ish lbs so that’s a big win! I’ve also been doing super amazing with no gluten no dairy no coffee no alcohol etc and just basically eating paleo. The food/drink limitation is definitely the hardest part for me because I love wine and cheese haha but I keep telling myself it’s for a bigger purpose!
What has you motivated or struggling? Two things motivating me right now are how GOOD I am feeling in my body and I keep like manifesting that my body is being treated with respect and therefore is now a great environment to foster the growth of a baby!
