Help! I had sex during IVF stims

Hi guys, my husband and I are in the middle of an IVF cycle. I didn’t think anything of it and we had sex last night, but this morning I decided to read the “dos and don’ts” list the doctor gave us and it said no sex after day 3 of stims, and now I’m panicking. We had sex on day 9 of stims and my trigger is tomorrow night at 9pm. Please tell me the worst things that could happen here… did I just botch our entire cycle!? 😭

    From my understanding, there are 2 main reasons for this. First, there's the question of did you use a condom? If so, there's only one concern. If not, the main concern is accidentally conceiving multiples. So if you didn't use a condom and they didn't get all the eggs or some breakthrough, you could conceive, possibly high order multiples (imagine if you're someone who has 20+ eggs and most fertilize...). 

    If you used a condom, then only the second concern applies- ovarian torsion. They recommend abstaining from sex for the same reason you need to avoid exercise, it could lead to your ovary twisting, which could lead to needing to remove your ovary and could be a possibility fatal condition if untreated. BUT you'd know that by now, you'd be in a world of pain.
