5. The amazing pediatric team that did DS2’s surgery yesterday morning

#2 has idiopathic clubfoot which didn’t correct with casting and surgery done when he was 8 weeks old. We’ve done it all, PT/bracing/special braces. He had major reconstructive surgery yesterday morning on both legs. He’s doing great and I am just so thankful. And my parents took DS1 and he’s living his best life on a mini vacation down the street

1. My DH who’s been reading all the baby books and making us the most delicious and nutritious meals!
2. Puppy cuddles with my dog-daughter.
3. Minimal symptoms! At least for now. *crosses fingers*
4. Working from home.

5. My mom who’s doing such a great job containing her excitement as we wait to tell the rest of the family.

1.) Living in my home state again after being gone for 12.5 years. I now get to see my parents every day versus once a year.
2.) My mom's doctors and today's technology that allow her to continue living.
3.) My beautiful, healthy children.

4.) An amazing husband who worked so I could be a stay at home mom, and now be caregiver to my mom.
5.) This incredible opportunity to have one more baby!

1. Pregnancy symptoms calming my nerves
2. My husband, who is the best partner and dad. He has spent every night in bed with our son lately, since kiddo is refusing to sleep alone and I have to get up at 5am for work
3. Finally some nicer weather here in the PNW! Except for yesterday’s wind storm I guess
4. My son, because he’s a cutie and I love him to death
5. Job security for both my husband and myself

2. My husky, the freakishly calm anomaly among his breed, who tolerates being pestered by his mom really well.
3. My MIL, an absolute angel, who really stepped up when my own parents disowned me.
