I know I am getting ahead of myself but a huge source of anxiety for me is being stuck inside in January with a newborn and having to navigate my other child in Kindergarten. Then coming back to work right when the end of the school year stuff and baseball is in full swing. It is going to be a lot haha. So, I want to start compiling freezer meals that I can begin to work on in the fall to maybe alleviate a bit of the chaos.

Homemade pancake batter! Made some for a camping trip we went on. Frozen in a plastic bag and just cut the tip of a corner to get it on your griddle after unfreezing. Tasted like I made it that morning!

Also mashed potatoes freeze and unfreeze very well and homemade chicken noodle soup.

Ooh I love freezer food! We usually have a few balls of pizza dough in there (we eat homemade pizza like once a week). My ultimate favorite freezer food is these, though:

We leave out the sausage bc we don't eat much meat. They're so good!

I freeze muffins all the time! Individually wrap with cling wrap and store in a freezer bag. Easy breakfast or snack!
