Roman Ryan….thoughts?

My husbands middle name is Ryan and so we want to pass it down to our baby boy. We love the name Roman but are looking for input on Roman Ryan. How do the names sound together? Our last name starts with a G so initials would be RRG.

    I don't love alliteration and it sounds sing-songy to me but if you love it I wouldn't rule it out since it's rare to actually say the full name out loud

    I don’t like it, personally, but it’s up to you! I think because both names have very similar phonetics (same first consonant, long vowel sound, same end consonant/almost rhyming) it sounds very artificial. Like maybe the name of a character in a YA novel. 

    I love both names, but maybe try some others just to feel it out.

    What about using your husband’s middle name as the baby’s middle name? It might give you an extra option?

    I like Ryan as a first or middle name but not a fan of Roman
