Cramping at 9 weeks

Anyone else having cramping at 9 weeks?  Mine is accompanied by some light brown minor spotting and I’m panicking. Doc said not to worry yet but I just can’t stop worrying.

    I am as well!! I’m not quite to the 9 week mark yet (8w4d) but I’m freaking out. I’ve been told not to worry as well, but I can’t help it. I’m terrified 😔

    Hi guys, I've actually been cramping almost my entire pregnancy, it was one of my first symptoms actually 😅 At first it felt like period cramps but now they feel more like random twinges. I've read so many medical articles that say spotting is normal and to be expected also. Anytime I have some bad cramps I still get worried but I actually bought a baby doppler ($50) and it has been such a relief to hear the babies heartbeat. I'm only 8 weeks and could hear it even at 7🤷‍♀️ This is my first pregnancy and I'm paranoid as I can be, but this has helped me a lot and I definitely recommend it for peace of mind❤️

    I've cramped all through the first trimesters that I can remember. It makes me anxious af too, but it's totally normal with reason. All you can do is wait and trust your doctor.
