What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week/year? working out 3-4x a week consistently
How's everything going? Any recent wins? well, i took an unplanned two week break from any peloton cycling rides, got back on yesterday and it felt good.
What has you motivated or struggling? i would really like to get up in the morning and workout 1-2 days a week and i just can't drag my butt out of bed.
