  I had one at around 8wks. Had no idea really until the ultrasound. The only clue was that my symptoms basically disappeared. But I will say I had an ultrasound at 6wk and the heartbeat was low and baby was measuring really small. Dr seemed concerned at that point. Hope you get great news at your dr apt

  Thanks! I think no matter what I’ll be nervous! I’ve only had 1 MC but I have PCOS which I know can be higher miscarriage risk. Baby had a good heartbeat at 110 at 5+6 so hoping all is well!

  I had a MMC in January. My ultrasound was at 10 weeks, and they confirmed no fetal pole or cardiac activity but could see a yolk sac indication 7w of growth. Up to that point I had no bleeding or cramping, and had all the tell tale signs of pregnancy. The symptoms even continued into 12 weeks, because they wanted to repeat my scan before intervention. The news was confirmed, and I had to be prescribed medication to encourage my body to contract my pregnancy tissue. I’m 10 weeks tomorrow and had a healthy ultrasound at 8 weeks with things looking good but the worry is never far from my mind! Especially since my body didn’t indicate to me that anything was wrong the last time either. Pregnancy is a trip!

  Everything was good at my ultrasound, baby measured right and heartbeat was 185. Hoping things continue to go well!
