Gender blood test at 6 weeks!

So I have done the sneak peek gender snap test. I did the lancet one with my second pregnancy at (12 weeks) and It was correct with my daughter. I did the snap version of it at exactly 6 weeks 0 days. Now I’m nervous that I should have waited a little longer. Has anyone else done this test this early and it be correct ?

If you ready the instructions I think they recommend waiting until 10 weeks for your body to carry enough fetal dna to be accurate.

  • Did you follow the directions included with the test? Basic following directions wouldn't have you thinking, "maybe I should have waited."
  • I understand that they allow you to do it as early as 6 weeks now, which leads me to believe their testing has improved, I’m pretty sure If it comes back inconclusive they’ll send you another test. However, if it comes back “girl” I probably wouldn’t announce or anything until getting confirmation. Just in case they didn’t get it right. But then they’ll refund you anyway.
