After 2 miscarriages I have been really nervous this time around. My pregnancy symptoms don’t seem as strong as they have been. For example my boob don’t even hurt this morning. I’m so scared this is a sign of a missed miscarriage. I have an appt for an ultrasound next week. And I’m so terrified of hearing there’s no heartbeat again

    I feel the same way. If this helps, one day my boobs were super sore and then the next couple days they weren't. Now they’re hurting again. I think some symptoms come and go. Do you think you could call your doctor and have them monitor your HCG levels? Or are they already doing that?

    I believe I’ll be getting blood work as well as the ultrasound next week. I did mention this to him, he said since there is significant cramping and no bleeding to wait until my appt
