please help!

in 1st Trimester
I just started bleeding yesterday, im 10 weeks 2 days, i don’t really know if it’s spotting or what it is, no unusual or painful cramping (i’ve had cramps my whole pregnancy but nothing too bad), no pain, no clotting, just blood. it’s light red, i know bleeding is normal in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, but im still extremely worried, this is my first pregnancy.
