Hi @texas-gurl congratulations on your little girl. Please post in the thread called “I’m just here for the sex” and stop creating one off posts as it clogs the board.
You already made this exact post yesterday and got several responses…

@texas-gurl we just have a structure that we like to maintain the other boards do too. We are happy to talk with you and share experiences, but I do recommend reading the posts at the top of the board first so you know the structure and guidelines.
To answer your question: I am high risk.
I have two daughters and with both pregnancies had preeclampsia. With my second, I had HELLP syndrome and she was delivered at 23 weeks. Luckily, she survived and is now 3 years old. But I'm definitely being monitored VERY closely this time and we hope to have a successful full-term pregnancy. Except technically I can't go past 36/37 weeks because of the type of c-section I had last time.
My last two I was induced early with one due to not growing as he should due to the placenta and my last one had a extra fluid but he has seizures sometimes and found out it was due to a duplicate chromosome 4. My since I have been high risk with the last 2 first thing out of her mouth was she was referring me back to my high risk DR. I am fine with extra Sonos!
Yes, very high risk! I had a c-section ectopic pregnancy with baby’s placenta attached to my bladder and baby’s body partly in my uterus. It was several years ago and nearly died. Baby didn’t make it. It was a miracle they saved my uterus without a total hysterectomy.
Years later, after we we told to be careful and not get pregnant due to scar issues, it happened. My baby girl was born just perfect but she was high risk due to my history and damage.
Here we are again, and I am pregnant once more! I feel like the last pregnancy was rolling the dice and everything worked out, but fear this 4th pregnancy may be pushing it too far. We have our fingers crossed and everything looks good so far but it’s a roller coaster ride. Not to mention the fact I am 43 and all of the goodies that come with what they call a “geriatric pregnancy” and additional risks.
The main risk is the history and damage. Everything looks good so far though, so I am keeping my thoughts positive as possible. It’s hard when you’ve been in life and death situations/loss not to think the worst each time.
