Freezing at Night then Cold Sweats through Sheets

Hi everyone! 1st pregnancy here at 6 weeks but my sleep has been horrible. I have cramping at night without any bleeding/spotting but instead I’m freezing cold. My husband has our thermostat to 80 but I still have goosebumps. I fall asleep with an electric blanket then wake up in cold sweats, which make me even more cold. I take Zoloft which can be correlated with night sweats but I’m usually hot when it happens from Zoloft and it’s infrequent. It’s been like this everyday for over a week. Anyone else can relate? Going in tomorrow for a US and visit cause my OB wants to check up on it.

    Hi! Congratulations! I'm also on Zoloft and have been for years. This too is my first pregnancy and I had the same freezing cold/night sweats thru the sheets at about 6weeks or so. I am now about 9weeks and the night sweats have seemed to chill out. So has the night time cramping.
