This week was super hard for me to get any workouts in - my husband was out of town and I wanted to spend some extra time with my daughter so my exercise classes were cut from my schedule. I tried to get in walks as much as I could, but that was also difficult due to stormy weather AND I’ve really started to feel “off” so it limits my motivation.. I have been doing leg raises at night to feel like I’ve done something 🤣
I’m having a hard time with a slipped disc / effects of estrogen supplements, but I managed 1 spin session, 1 light weightlifting session, and a few walks. Does PT count as another workout?!?!
@rebeccahoo12345 PT definitely counts!! That is tough mentally and physically.
I am finally feeling a little better and have been so jazzed to do some of my "regular" workouts. They are mostly a mix of crossfit moves and cardio. I am also learning that I really do need to take it easy during the day or I am a wreck at the end. This is hard because I am a teacher and constantly on my feet. I think it is almost time for me to pull out the stool I used last time I was pregnant.
I walked 4 miles over lots of hills, and pushed 70 lbs of stroller + kiddos for the first two miles. We did take a 1 hr lunch break in the middle, so that helped, but my back is killing me tonight.
I missed Friday but I was having my first ultrasound and was way too excited!
im finally feeling less exhausted and have been doing more yoga. Climbing is just getting harder and harder as I feel heavier even though I haven’t gained weight yet. I’m pretty sure I’m losing muscle and that’s why my weight hasn’t changed. I’ve been using the rower which I am now in love with and sticking with my TA/ core exercises. Im walking a lot and got one swim in this week which was nice but then our pool shut down. Im so stoked to be feeling less tired and less pseudonauseous so I can start figuring out what my routine will look like.
We were in NYC this weekend and walked over 20K steps Friday and Saturday! I was very impressed with myself. I'm also currently in 2nd place (just on my team) for my work step competition. If I can stay in the top three I'll be VERY happy.

Edited for spelling.
