No morning sickness

Hi! I’m 6+4 pregnant with my 2nd baby. I had a miscarriage last April, so just super paranoid!!

I have no morning sickness really at all. I will get waves of nausea here and there, mostly after eating. With my first baby, I was pretty sick almost all the time. After having a miscarriage, I’m just a little nervous! I have super sore breasts, but that’s about it. My HCG rose normally—from 680 to 1670 last week. I’m supposed to have an ultrasound on the 13th, but we are projected to get a huge snow storm here so I’m thinking I won’t get to have the ultrasound.

Has anyone else had no morning sickness at 6 and a half weeks??

Hi. I'm 6 weeks and 3 days today and, I don't morning sickness yet. I do have some light headaches from now and then, but nothing more. My body is sensitive, especially my tummy. Even when I have a shower I feel light tummy pain.

  • I'm 8w today and have not really had morning sickness either. Maybe small waves of nausea but they subside as soon as I sip or nibble on something. At night I get indigestion, but wouldnt classify it as nausea - more so gas. I'm a FTM so it makes me nervous as well, but my OB says no morning sickness occurs in normal pregnancies
  • Yes!! Just with my MC and then with my first I was sick!
  • With my first I would get super light headed in the shower, but nothing with this one!
  • I’m almost 9 weeks and haven’t had any morning sickness. Little twitches of nausea but easily get over it. Heartburn is my killer. My doctor says everything is alright, it’s normal to have totally opposite symptoms depending on your pregnancy. Lots of symptoms or very little, it’s all normal.
  • This is hugely reassuring as I've had random nauseau for a few weeks but only for 15-20 minutes, no actual vomiting. First time pregnant so I'm looking for cues this early (7weeks). The heartburn is real though!
  • I’ve only had two “waves” of nausea. But I do wake up every morning with what I call “hungover stomach”. I’m starving and also feel like any food would be terrible. I force myself to eat and then I’m all good for the day. But never the penny-in-the-mouth-nauseated feeling. My mom said she was the same with me but very nauseated with my brother. Everyone is different! I’m 9w2d today.
  • I'm 10w2d and have had next to no nausea. A little bit here or there if I eat too much. This is my 6th pregnancy (I have 2 living children) and I've experienced very little morning sickness with all of them. I know it can be stressful but you may just be one of the lucky ones!
  • Yes!! Hoping all is well. Morning and night I get like that really hungry type upset stomach, but that’s about it! I’m supposed to have an ultrasound tomorrow but it’s blizzarding where I live and we are projected to get 24-30 inches 😱 so I’m hoping it somehow miraculously misses us so I can still have my
    Ultrasound!
  • I'm almost 9 weeks and feeling good so far. No nausea or heartburn. I feel very lucky. Just fatigue and increased hunger, of course! I have learned that I can longer "skip" lunch and feel okay, like I could for years.
  • Same. I’m almost 9 weeks and no major sickness either. I get nausea for about 15-20 minutes after dinner but it usually goes away pretty quickly. I do get headaches every morning but those also go away once I start moving for the day.
  • Im 7 weeks today and I haven’t had any nausea really so I’m relieved to see your comments! It makes me anxious that I don’t really feel anything but its also like omg if everything is good with the baby and I don’t feel sick this is awesome!! Im hungry all the time especially in the morning, and have tender boobs but that’s about it. Very occasional bouts of nausea that are very brief and easily treated by eating a snack. My husband thinks I’m crazy for “wanting” to be nauseous but I’m sure you ladies understand where I’m coming from.
  • I’m 10w 2d and no morning sickness, very little nausea. Other than a few back issues from the hormones I feel spectacular. I had an ultrasound yesterday and everything was perfect. One quick vomit session a week would certainly calm my nerves, but my doctor really understood and that’s why we did this rather unnecessary 10w ultrasound :)

We just have to accept that we’re lucky!!
  • I’m 8 weeks and 6 days… I suffer from nausea everyday… like literally… I do throw up sometimes but it’s never a lot
