Any advice for Twin moms?

I am a STM but having my first set of twins..... any advice would be greatly appreciated.... any thing you wish you would have known about twin pregnancy, postpartum, or just general advice about twins? Also I have been looking and seems like everything is so expensive.... What items do you feel every twin mom needs?

    Not a twin mom but I would say a really good smooth double stroller. My youngest two are a little over a year apart so having a nice comfy stroller that was easy to push and maneuver (and could fit through doors) was an absolute must.

    I’m here for any advice you get because I feel like anything would be beneficial for my triplet pregnancy. I’m having anxiety about buying multiples of things I thought I was good on if it was a singleton since I already have 2 kid. The only thing that I’ve been suggested specifically is the WonderFold Wagon. That’d only be worth it if your older child is still riding in strollers.
