*lurking from September* until my boy person gets off his ass and helps with names, he's Cletus the Fetus.
Current pregnancy - First BFP on 1/4/22. Due date 9/13/22.
Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.
We don’t have one yet, I think we will once we both hear the heartbeat and see US. We called our first baby squirrel because that’s what she looked like on the 9 week ultrasound! That’s actually what we put on our Christmas ornament that year (I was still pregnant) because we couldn’t decide on a name!
I’m on vacation with my bestie and her family (mu hubs and daughter are with me too) and I had to tell her because she would figure it out real quick when I wouldn’t drink with her. We have been referring to it as tater tot when I’m having some light nausea or feeling tired and wanna dip
I used bean once in a text message to my husband and it has stuck. I used it because my earliest ultrasounds with my first two kids looked like lima beans and that was in my head as I wait for this little one's first ultrasound. Now 'bean' 'lil bean' and 'beanie' are all being used daily.
I'm a stay at home dad, and I hope it's ok for me to contribute here! Our first LO was nicknamed stardust, and our next one due in Dec is nicknamed Sunshine.
Yes like aluminium foil that we have in the kitchen.
Why? Bcoz of my MIL 🤣.
So the first time i met her she flipped out bcoz we don't have foil in our house. She got histerical bcoz of all her effort to buy all the ingredients and end up no FOIL.
It became an inside joke between me and my husband. And i always joke about how we will nickname our first born with foil
We seemed to have settled on Muffin for this one. We went to our early US and had our toddler with us - we are keeping it a secret for him for a few months and we said we were using a wand on mommy’s belly to see the blueberry muffin she ate 😂

My husband is a stay-at-home dad too! Love those nicknames.
