Testing: My temp dropped as I suspected, so I tested. BFN this AM.

R/R: Obviously super bummed about the BFN. When my temp drops like that I just need the test to confirm my suspicions. I wasn't super hopeful for this cycle being sick and with our timing, but it doesn't make it any easier. Me today will be half working, half googling "negative pregnancy test at 11DPO" and fertility friend chart comparisons :'( But I've also decided to make sangria to cheer me up. I haven't made it in forever and it'll be delish.

CS/Q: It's not a huge drop, but enough for me to recognize a pattern from previous cycles at this point DPO.

@mrsmtothek ooof, I’m sorry about the neg. I def know about all that googling. Making sangria sounds yummy and like a good distraction. Google recipes for that instead

R/R: weird progesterone-induced dreams continue. Last night I had a dream that included my SVP of Eng (non-sexual) and also had me starring in a play (in French) that I didn’t prepare for and decided I was going to remember the lines in the moment. Play was about domestic abuse. (Which, like, I grew up around, so not totally out of the blue.)

I also emailed back and forth with my doctor last night about why my progesterone took such a nosedive between days 5 and 7 (DPO). She was very confused, said that it didn’t make sense/that it should be rising. She asked me how I was measuring my progesterone, so I sent her my blood test results. At that she told me that it’s probably a sign that there was no implantation but still advised me to double my progesterone dose. Oh well… I’m not giving up hope yet because *TW* in the cycle we did conceive, but that ended in CP *end TW* I also had low progesterone.

CS/Q: see chart. I’m on progesterone so it’s not really to be trusted.

@acleverusername I grew up an A's and Raider's fan, my H grew up a Giants and Niner fan. We're just big sports fans around here, but Giants have won me over. (our second date was to a Giants playoff clinching game in 2010). Also, how do you test your own progesterone? are you just doing it at night? I hope your double dose helps.

@bearmomma1 I have a tried and true basic bitch recipe that I always use. Sometimes I'll mix up the fruits, but you really can't go wrong IMO. Already in the fridge waiting for me

@gladmamma 80 degrees sound so nice! We had such nice weather (almost 85 deg) yesterday and the day before, but now the cold front is rolling in again, and we're only expecting a high of 56-57 next week.
