    DH and I have gotten so much better in our communication over the years but it’s gone to sh*t for me in the last month. I can’t help making little jabs that I know will make him feel guilty (which he will calmly communicate did in fact make him feel guilty) and I just straight up don’t care because I feel awful 24/7. He’s tried to ask what we (and by we he means me) can do to make sure we communicate well during this period and I am not here for it. You’re just going to have to tough it out buddy.
