HCG 49 at 4 weeks pregnant - anyone have success?

Hi! My hcg level was 49 yesterday when I would be about 4wk2days. I am repeating my levels tomorrow. History of recurrent losses and a pulmonary embolism. I also have the MTHFR gene and am taking baby aspirin, progesterone and lovenox injections. I did IVF to have my son that worked on the first round for us. Hoping to conceive a successful pregnancy naturally this time though. 

Has anyone had successful pregnancies with an hcg around this range (49) at 4 weeks pregnant?

    Hcg can range from 10 to 708 at 4 weeks pregnant. The second draw will give you a lot more information, the first one doesn’t really tell you much of anything. I hope your numbers rise appropriately. Best of luck!

    This is from an old paper, but the process has not changed! I think the initial draw here was at 4 weeks, or possibly 4w1d. As you can see, initial levels and % increase both matter, but there is a pretty big range. Good luck!

    Thank you! Today’s hcg level is 157. So it is rising so far.
